Hi @bga, how do you pack your custom image?

Did you follow the guide at:

You need a serial-to-usb adapter hooked to the uart debug port to see all the u-boot and kernel boot messages.
Without the log, I cannot tell what happened.

hmm, from the last lines of your log:

GPT: last_usable_lbaing incorrect: 1D687DE > 1d1f000
part_get_info_efi: *** ERROR: Invalid GPT ***
GUID Partition Table Header signature is wrong: 0xA6B619CC7822D86 != 0x545241502

It seems that the GPT partition table is wrong.
Could you post all the commands ( creating the firmware and flashing) , and the result?
