FirePrime Android Audio In

I got a problem when record audio input from LINE_IN, I got no sound in the recorded file, and I checked and saw It always record through On Board Microphone . How am I disable the On Board Microphone and use the LINE_IN as a default audio Recording. Currently I use Android 5.1 on my FirePrime
