Hi,

I want to unpack the resource.img to change the boot logo, is it possible to do that? I tried afptool and img_unpack but no success. Can anyone share experience in this issue?

the tool you need is "resource_tool" ,you can find it in the kernel source director. use the option of  "--unpack"
