Wait For Maskrom Failed

Hi, I bricked my RK3399 board. When I turn it on I get this:

So am trying to unbrick my RK3399 board by flashing the Android 7.1 through maskrom mode but when I flash the update image I get this:

I get USB device not detected and in UART debug I get this:

No. I figured it was a hardware problem and returned it. The replacement board works fine.
