Title: AIO 3399J Play Store registration
Last edited by Benzduino In 10/3/2018 16:39 Editor

Hi Everyone
I am a French New B so please bare patience with me!
I've been trying to figure out a way to get Google Services working on the RK 3399's
And my first success was only to get the board registered on the play store using my Google account!
Further more, previous incompatible apps can now be installed, but Google framework keep stop/starting in a loop!

I realised the board has no Android Google Framework Service ID, what every android device has, in order to get the Google apps to work seamlessly!

Is it a Firmware or a board issue?

Any light would be highly appreciated!!

BY THE WAY IT'S A SHAME CALLING A BOARD A DEV BOARD AND YOU CAN'T EVEN RUN GMS

I have figured out what was wrong!
When installing firmware for first time, there is a Google immediate update happening
Since I am located in France, i though this update was preventing me from signing in, so
I've try to sign in before update and it worked! so now what is version of GMS you used

Ok thank you so much leung先森!
Now since I have your attention is there any way to have a custom boot logo animation, or perhaps just a simple boot logo!
Thanks for your support

Just change the kernel/logo.bmp .
Resolution limit 1080p or lower , the photo of property is better to match up logo.bmp.
