I just got my RK3399 board.

I can successfully flash both the non-beta and beta Ubuntu 16.04 images and boot. When using the non-beta image with a 4K monitor I get a band of static on the right side of the screen (see attached image).

When using the beta image, 4K resolution is not available and it looks like the driver is not loading (checking with `glxinfo` - rockchip_dri.so is not found).

What am I doing wrong?
