rk3399: upgrade_tool not working with Write sector

Hi,
Any wrong with below command, I need to write the image on sectors.
# upgrade_tool -v
Upgrade Tool ver 1.24
# upgrade_tool ws 0x40 spl.img
command is invalid,please press upgrade_tool -h to check usage!
# upgrade_tool -ws 0x40 spl.img
command is invalid,please press upgrade_tool -h to check usage!
# upgrade_tool -ws 40 spl.img
command is invalid,please press upgrade_tool -h to check usage!
