Network Performance problem (with Gigabyte Lan)

I got about 600-700 Mbits/s on a gigabyte switch

is it use 2.4G or 5G wifi when got?30Mbps with wifi.?

it's a 2.4Ghz wifi network

My giga switch is an airport extreme, there might be a incompatibility with the chipset inside , i'll try this an other one?
