Trouble Portrait mode

1. Kitkat SDK version of the Portrait mode is abnormally .
2. Is there a patch plan?
3. PAD version has too many bugs hagien use than SDK version.
4. Portrait mode is desperately needed.

Picture Clarity looks bad than SDK version. Can I improve it?  Confirmed by connecting to HDMI(1920*1080 60Hz)
