How to play 4k video via YouTube apk?

Hi, currently YouTube apk on RK3288 platform playing 4k video with maxima video quality is only 720P, how to hack to let it play real 4k video format?

HTC/Google Nexus 9 can play 4K Youtube video up to 1440p format.

Can you hack to modify build.prop to Nexus 9 to let RK3288 play 1440p Youtube video?
