Hi,
I have modified the Android SD_Card image of RT3288 device to add an APK file as the Firefly wiki was explained.
I have unpacked the image, customized it by adding the an APK, packed it again and have loaded into the SD card...
De vice was booted from SD card however the Android asks for decryption password!
Why it is asking for encryption password? how can I pass it? or what is the Firefly RT3288 'system.img' ext4 password which Android complains?

Any help will be appreciated!!!

when asking for encryption password, it mean you system image may be broken.

It might be that Android cannot load the userdata partition.

If you can access the serial port, take the logcat.

Or enable adb by default, and use adb to take the logcat.

The log contains detailed messages.

May I ask you guys to have a look at this article and see what should I so?
http://wiki.t-firefly.com/index.php/Firefly-RK3288/Customize_android_firmware/en

I actually added 128MB to SYSTEM but didn't changed the system address from  0x00180000 (768)  to something like 0x001C0000 (768+128).
Should I change the address in "parameter" file?!
I assume the system size is not more than the one provided so no need to change.
Am I correct?

You are right.  If size of system.img is less than the system partition size in parameter file, there 's no need to change parameter file.

Guys,
Just backed to this Post to help you not confusing.
At the time of writing this post I almost did know nothing about partitioning of Firefly RK3288.
Now that I am Guru in it, and have written the app  to get the most out of it, I can confirm that my partitioning was wrong definitely.
I had added 128mb to System partition and didn't change the partition parameter to make the right partition size for it.
In fact it altered part of system partition and that was why the system didn't work fine...

Any way, use my tool and make your own 'parameter' file, error free ... ;)
