Title: Recomended Level converter Digital and Analog [Print This Page] Author: Zoidiano0 Time: 1/8/2017 02:56 Title: Recomended Level converter Digital and Analog hey guys im wonderin if is there any recomenden level translator to us with the fireduino due the analog inputs only tolerate 2.5v MAX but i have some level trasnlation to use instead of resistors and some ic to make the connection with digital to 3.3v and 5v tolerant devices
I'm using that one : Bi-Directional LevelConverterModul 8 canals 1,2...3,6V <> 5V www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/txs0108e.pdf
Its to convert 3V from Fireduino Pins to 5V.

Hello, just to let the community know about that question :
I used the level converter mentioned above on a project with High-Frequency pulses (for stepper motors) and I had steploss errors.
Wich means that my steppers motors were moving but not exactely doing the distance they should at very high rpm.
So I found a solution by using another level shifter wich is the : 74HCT 244 N (texas instruments)
I bought one from Segor electronics : http://www.segor.de/#Q=74HCT244N&M=1
