Title: Trouble flashing using AndroidTool 2.38

I am having trouble flashing Ubuntu onto the 3399 using AndroidTool 2.38 running on Windows 10.

I am following the instructions as indicated on the wiki and receiving an error. The drivers seem to be installed correctly and the tool sees the 3399. It starts to run through the process of flashing, but then errors when it tries to actually perform the writing:

The wiki states to try low-level format if you get an error, but that produces an error as well:

Any help with this? Seems like it should just work...

Thanks,

Scott
