Title: Unable to enter loader mode
I just got my hands on the AIO-3399 board.

I am trying to access the "upgrade" mode, but there is no device presented on the USB ports.
It does change boot mode, and I get different output on the screen connected to HDMI, but my workstation (linux) does not detect any devices connected on USB.

Any ideas?

Also, any information on which pads to short in order to enter maskrom mode?

Tried that, but there is no devices presented on my host PC (linux) when connecting the dual male USB cable to the PC.

I get the andriod recovery image on the screen, but no USB device is presented and listed. There is no entries in the syslog for any connected devices and "lsusb" does not show any rockchip devices either.

Thanks for the help.

Turns out that the USB hub I was using was causing the setup not to work. So for anybody else with this problem check with another USB hub..

Do you also know how to force the board to maskrom mode? I guess I will end up there sooner or later.....

This describes the process for the rk-3288 board, not rk-3399 as my question is.
By looking at the board, I was able to make a relevant guess that it was the two exposed pads also on the 3399 board, but relevant documentation for 3399 would be appreciated.
