I've just received a AIO3399 board and I'm not able to activate mobile broadband connection.
After the board is on I'm asked for kerying key wich I provide then I'm asked for a mobile broadband password.
I tried using the information available from ISP concerning APN configuration but with no sccess.
By the way, when using android the sim card works fine.

This is exactly the firmware I'm using.
While checking the network manager debug log I found this error message before connection failure:
