Dear All,

when I try to upgrade img, I got check chip fail error. Pls check Picture.
If I try to erase flash got error get flash info fail.Pls check picture.

I didnt use maskrom mode. Do I have to use it?And for what. Only I am tring to upgrade with this image.

Hi, metind , generally you do not need to enter MaskRom to flash the firmware.
Yet it is the ultimate resort.

Have you ever flash the firmware to your board successfully before?
