Can get a TWRP/CWM Recovery image for the RK3399J?

I want '.zip' package (Ex. Magisk, SuperSU) installer in recovery mode.

Or is there a way in basic android recovery mode?

In theory, this can be done but we never provide support for that.
You can customize almost everything with the SDK code.
