I am trying to install ubuntu on my firefly RK3399 following these instructions http://en.t-firefly.com/doc/product/info/id/263.html.

Install fails at "Wait For Loader Fail" after I click Upgrade. I tried the LowerFormat suggestion and it still fails. Do I need any media inserted on the firefly? Why is it failing? Also, I did the reset/recovery button sequence and Rockusb Device shows up in the Device Manager (windows 10).
