OV13850 color image sensor is a low voltage, high performance 1/3.06-inch 13.2 megapixel CMOS image sensor that provides the functionality of a single 13.2 megapixel (4224×3136) camera using OmniBSI+™ technology.

The serial board is used for debugging of Firefly-RK3288. Which is a bridge between the Firefly and your computer. You can receive the debug information through this board while connect to debug serial on Firefly-RK3288.

there is only h265 decoder on this board.

encoder? em ,you can try H264 for it.
