Hello ,
I am using ubuntu OS.
I  downloaded the upgrade_tool for linux.
When I run "sudo: upgrade_tool: command not found" this command , system give the error that "command not found"

1.What is the version of your Ubuntu OS
2.Have you changed environment variables? such as PATH, and could this command show anything in your Ubuntu OS

It sounds like you're having trouble with the upgrade tool on Ubuntu. Make sure the tool is installed correctly and that your PATH is set up to include its location.
