Title: Max CPU frequency is 1.61Ghz instead of advertised 2.4Ghz
When booting the image, the maximum frequency allowed is 1.42Ghz for core 0-3 and 1.61Ghz for core 4-7.
How can I get the advertised CPU speed of 2.4Ghz?
