Title: How can I fix Gmail inbox emails not showing?
If Gmail emails disappeared from Inbox, here¡¯s what youshould do. First, check Trash. Emails deleted by mistake stay there. Also, open Spam. Gmail often puts good emails there. Next, check AllMail for archived emails. Look in Social and Promotions tabstoo. Use the Gmail search bar to type details about the missing email. Ifnothing works, clear the browser cache or log in from another browser. The bestway to protect your inbox is to take backups. Backups keep your emails safeforever.

Good tips here. One thing worth adding ¡ª if emails keep disappearing even after checking Trash, Spam, and All Mail, it's usually a filter issue. Gmail sometimes auto-archives or deletes emails based on rules you may have set up and forgotten about. Worth checking Settings ¡ú Filters and Blocked Addresses to see if anything unexpected is running.

Also, if you're on a mobile app, make sure the sync period isn't set too short ¡ª Gmail's default sync window on Android is 30 days, so older emails just won't show up unless you change it.

The backup point is spot on though. Relying purely on Gmail staying accessible is risky. Accounts do get locked, hacked, or accidentally wiped. Having a local backup copy means you're never scrambling to recover something important at the worst possible moment.
