RK3399 Android 7.1 settings app failure

I have tried multiple times to flash the newest GMS version Android 7.1 onto my RK3399. It works fine until I try to get into the setting menu. I get the error "Settings Keeps stopping." What am I doing wrong, or is this a firmware issue? Thanks in advance. |
