My Firefly-RK3399 not working anymore

My RK3399 working well before 8/24.
I didn't modify hardware. I am using it as Desktop PC.
Image : "Firefly-RK3399_Ubuntu16.04_201702281427.img"
Suddenly, Fan running at full speed, and never stop.
I try to reload the image, but I can't make it in Loader mode and MaskRom mode.
I had connected to serial port, not thing come out.
Is it still having a chance to make it back?

MaskRom mode is the bottom line preventing the device from bricking.

Okay~

Although this board is so powerful.
But quality is too bad.
I had sent email to technical support, didn't get any feedback.
Bad service too.

I have two of this boards, and have the same problems. One board exactly is visible for programming and have some UART output, but still won't boot up. Second board have same behavior with yours. And technical support not answer as well. Very sad
