Audio input on AIO-3399J does not work

Hi

We have aio-3399j (http://en.t-firefly.com/product/industry/aio_3399.html) with ubuntu from official webside (AIO-3399J_xubuntu16.04_20170119.7z). Our problem is that we are not able to make microphone working. We used analog audio (Combo Audio Jack / Phone) but we also tried Line-in. Speaker is working and audio card is detected (we can see it in alsamixer as well as in pulseaudio).

We spent some time to investigate it but we did not figure it out.

Thanks for any ideas.
