Board Speaking a weird language

As I am having some good progress with my Car Dash/Infotainement project, now that Google GMS are working fine, it was time to go further! Everything is set perfectly, language, talkback language, keyboard, everything set to english!
But except the fact that when using voice notification, the board speaks a very weird language.
Does any have had this experience!!!???
