Compile Linux Firmware

Hello I follow theinstructions step by step by the link you provided. You will find attached the « files withinformations » due to theexécution of some commands.

You can take yourtime to read if you want what the files contain.

I notify that Ialready installed Ubuntu 18.04 on this board.

1-Update(Sudo apt update) « FILE 00_SudoAptUpdate.txt »

This operation wasgood but the terminal asks me to upgrade (I didn’t upgrade but even if iupgrade i have the same results at the end)

2-InstallGit, repo and python « FILE 01_InstallGitPythonRepo »

This operation wasgood too.

3-Download the full SDK « FILE 02_DownloadFullSK »

This operation wasfailed until i configure an email and an user name « FILE03_ConfigEmailUserName ». And after the configuration,everything was good I think.

4-Synchronization « FILE 04_SyncCode »

I see some errorsduring this step « curl: (22) The requestedURL returned error: 403  Server does not provide clone.bundle;ignoring. » I beg you to see the details of this file because not all files aredownloaded.

5-Update SDK Later « FILE 05_UpdateSDKLater »

I update the SDKwith the commands and i note that some files are not dowloaded

6-Dependencies « FILE 06_Dependencies »

I think everythingwas good

7-Precompile Configuration « FILE 07_PrecompileConfig »

This command doesnot work very good, I beg you to see also the details of this file. I choose the number 28but i have the error : permission denied. Even if i put « sudo » My file « .BoardConfig.mk » is not the same as presented inthe web site « FILE 08_BoardConfigMK ». I have Another accessorie but ihave error until i use the « sudo ». « FILE09_AnotherAccessorie »

8-Dowload the Ubuntu FS « FILE 10_UbuntuFS »

Idowload successfully the file system and put it in a directory.

9-Compilation « FILE 11_AutomaticCompilation » « 12_PartialCompilation » »13_CheckVersionSDK »

I notethis errors during compilation, I do not know why but i really need advices forsolving them.

I willreally appreciate it if you read the documents attached for help me to solvethe problem. Since 2 weeks i try to solve it.

You need to compile linux firmware on your Ubuntu PC, not on the Core-3568J device.

After compiling, flash the firmware to the Core-3568J device:
