GPU acceleration, Video playback acceleration under Linux

Hi,
I have mentioned board and I have original Ubuntu firmware on it. WebGL Aquarium test in Chromium is arround 15 FPS with 500 fishes and when I try to play video on YouTube CPU usage is between 50 and 100 percentage on all cores.
Any ideas?
Oh yeah, I'm also working on my own SDK for Rockchip but it's not ready yet, will publish it when ready.
