OV13850 camera module error

Hello,

I ordered an OV13850 camera module from you, and I got the older version (without H marking). But I have a problem with it. The left bottom side is missing, or weird...
Is this the fault of the camera module?

the firmware（Feb 25 2016 ） is for H version default
pls use the firmware before this date for nor H version
