Need help VR rk3288-v

Hi all.
I have VR Nibiru All-in-one without an operating system.
It cannot turn on or boot in loader mode.
I took it apart, shorted two contacts to go into Maskrom mode.
But the pc can't see it... What can I do?

The red light comes on when I connect it to the PC with the pins clamped.
But the program says that the device is not found
