Rabian on Firefly RK3288?

It boots but lots of things don't work.
Anyway to compile it for Firefly?
It uses newer Mali drivers than Firefly RK3288 sources, so that first has to be updated before we can think about using it.
When I compile from radxa sources it boots, but can't change anything in the kernel or dts file then it doesn't boot anymore.

Firefly Lubuntu is now a lot older than other Linux builds for RK3288 and it would be nice to try other Linux builds that are more updated.
