Unclear pins specification for Core-3399Pro-JD4

I am trying to design a backplane PCB for Core-3399Pro-JD4, but there is some confusing information in datasheet about 184, 186 and 192 pins.

184 pin: MAC_CLK or MAC_MDCLK ??
186 pin: MAC_MDC or PHY_TXCLK ??
192 pin : MAC_TXCLK or MAC_CLK ??

PS: Is it possible to get schematic for AIO-3399PRO backplane somehow? It could solve my problem
