just follow the wiki to download SDK and compile for firmwares
https://wiki.t-firefly.com/en/Co ... e-build-environment
after you compiled kernel, you will find resource.img under SDK/kernel/

The boot.img image was made, it remains to understand at what interval from the beginning of the image is inserted parameter.txt
