From: https://community.arm.com/message/39621#39621

ARM released kernel and userspace binary drivers for Mali-T78x on Firefly RK3288:
Kernel: http://malideveloper.arm.com/res ... gpu-kernel-drivers/
User-Space: http://malideveloper.arm.com/res ... user-space-drivers/

For Firefly: there is a kernel branch with r12p0 and DRM support but no instructions:
https://github.com/ARM-software/linux/tree/linux-4.1-mali
edit: Just checked a little deeper and has OpenCL libraries inside too!

This is a working patched 4.9-rc4 kernel, using the torvalds branch as a basis.
