How can I add Google Play Store to Android 7 for RK3399

Hello,

The official Android images from Firefly do not contain Google Play store. There is a post in this forum about compiling Android 5.1 with the Google store for RK3288, so I decided to check out if it works for Nougat as well. So I followed the guide in the Wiki to setup a build environment, downloaded the Git repository for Android 7.1, edited the BoardConfig.mk file to enable store, compiled and successfully flashed the image. The new image works very nicely, fast and snappy, but alas - no Google app store!

Does anyone know how to enable support for adding Google accounts and using the Play store on a recent Android for Firefly RK3399? I would appreciate any help in this direction.

Hi , we haven't pass google's GMS certification,so we have no plant to support these  .sad for that.

If there is no plan for GMS on Android 7.1 then is it possible to install GMS on Anroid 5.1 on Rk3399?

failed, i think impossible. i have tried install apk from apkmirror and the newer version from apkgeny but failed to run the app.
