Enable RGA

Currently, RGA is not enabled in the device tree for the Ubuntu image.  It needs to be enabled here:
https://gitlab.com/TeeFirefly/li ... 9-firefly-linux.dts

Adding the following to the bottom of the file:

1. &rga {
   
2.     status = "okay";
   
3. };
