Need help --> how to configure AIO-3399J Android to enable touchscreen

I am trying to get a monitor with a "D-WAV Scientific Co., Ltd eGalax TouchScreen" controller (USB) working with the AIO-3399J. Out of the box, Android recognizes that the touchscreen device is present and that it is an HID, but it also does not actually work in any useful way. A touch registers, but clearly not where the touch is actually occurring (e.g., touching on a button does not trigger the button).
Does anyone here have any experience dealing with this controller or similar touchscreen issues? |
