recover bootloader...

Hi

My FirePrime board is broken bootloader.
So I want to recover bootloader using MaskRom mode. But it failed. T.T
I try to bellow step...

1. shot to H/W Point

2. use upgrade_tool recovery parameter
    sudo upgrade_tool di -p paramter.txt # flash parameter

3. checking serial log
