Hi. Can the board be powered with 12V via pins near TYPE_C0 with "DC_12V" label? If yes, then what's the polarity?

Yes .
Two gnd is near the screw hole , nearby DC_12V print. Other 4 are 12v.
You can detect it with a multimeter.
