Android 7.1 extending second screen

Can somebody give an advice how to implement the same dual screen feature like on 3288 Board, like on this video starting from 1:23

I need to extend primary display on rk3399 so I can see big layout on the both display that are connected

Is it to modify framework native (hwcomposer, surfaceflinger etc.)
