Can not upgrade the firmware via USB cable

I successfully compiled Ubuntu firmware and now i want to upgrade firmware on my Core-3568 module.
Previously i successfulyl upgraded it via USB cable from Android to Ubuntu 18.04 using thuis link:
https://wiki.t-firefly.com/en/Co ... rade_firmware.html#

I used Windows firmware upgrade mode, DriverAssitant_v5.1.1, RKDevTool_Release_v2.95 and all was OK, Ubuntu 18.04 works fine.
Now i try to make upgrade in the same way, but use my own compiled image AIO-3568J_Rk356x_v1.2.4a_220706.img
But now i have a problem - when i start ADB utility in adb shell with next command:
adb.exe reboot loader

ADB cannot recognize device ! Deriver is installed successfully like before, but ADB don't see device, i even tryed
adb.exe devices

What i'm doing wrong ?
ADB (Android Debug Bridge) working only on Android device ? But as i mentioned before, i upgraded Core-3568 firmware from Android to Ubuntu.

May be i should try use second MaskRom Upgrade Mode ?

Thank you in advance.
