Installing Ubuntu issue in Face-RK3399

Hello everyone!

I have a Face-RK3399. I need to install Ubuntu on my device in order to customize and test my job. I followed the instructions on your website but it did not work. When I inserted the sd card into the slot, it only displayed the screen with LED, but it did not show the Ubuntu interface while it worked well with Android. Would you mind checking it and giving me support?

Currently our firmware supports installing ubuntu into emmc via SD card, or via usb cable. And there is no support for installing ubuntu to sdcard.
