How to re-direct the web page after user thethering to Android Soft-AP ?

The Android has Soft-AP thethering function, and Firefly's WiFi module support it.
We want to re-direct the web page to our company's home page when user's smartphone browser opening a URL after he connect to the Soft-AP.
How to implement it?
