How to enable wifi/bt & 'Connect to PC' on first boot?

Hi

What must be added to build.prop,init.rc or SDK to enable wifi, bluetooth & 'Connect to PC' already enabled on first boot?

there is some config in frameworks/base/packages/SettingsProvider/res/values/defaults.xml:
def_wifi_on
def_bluetooth_on
