Hi

Please make sure to keep RK3328 mini SDK updated with latest Rockchip code.
It will also help so users don't report unnecessary bugs that are already fixed.

I ordered a RK-3399 and a 3328-cc.
The Linux distribution for the 3328-cc was some time available in a 64bit edition. But the download was corrupt and the z7 file could not be extracted. I tried to create a baidu login to use theyr download manager but they didn't accept my european mobile number. So I had to ask a chinese friend, to create me a login. At the moment as I had the login, the 64bit distribution wasn't online anymore. Now I check every Day if it's back online.
I don't get why you use baido for RK3328-CC software while you use google drive for the RK-3399. Google Drive just have advantages. download is much faster and more reliable.

To try out my new 3328-cc I installed today the LibreELEC img and set it up. It uses me quite a long time to setup. First I had to find out, how I can expand the partition to use all space of the SD-Card. After that, I was able to install addons, make some config etc. After all I realized, that there is no HDMI Passthrough and therefore no sound on the TV. As Audio output device I just can choose ALSA: Default (rockchip, rk3328 Analog) or PULSE: Default, Bluetooth Audio (PULSEAUDIO). The 3,5mm Audio Jack works but what I need for my setup is HDMI Audio.
How could I get there?

Got it working on the provided LibreElec image and the Ubuntu 64bit image.

I would like to know if anyone had the gstreamer-rockchip plugins working on this board, i've been able to compile the rockchip mpp, but not the gstreamer-rockchip, and so i am unable to use the rk3328 HW encoding/decoding

It would be nice to start a subforum for this board, so that we can discuss these problems futher

Friends! In distributions Ubuntu (ROC-RK3328-CC_Ubuntu16.04_Arch64_20180124 and ROC-RK3328-CC_Ubuntu1604_20180112_32be) there is no audio output!
In HDMI, the sound is distorted, there is no sound output in CVBS, In both Android and LibreELEC, both audio outputs work fine. Please correct.

I received my board last week from the Indegogo campaign.
https://igg.me/at/libre-computer-renegade/x/16439040

I built the kernel and debian using the github repo and the instructions from your tutorial.
Everything boots, but, the IO isn't nearly what it's supposed to be.
Programs like scp, top, htop, dmesg hang the terminal and you're force to re-connect the ssh/terminal session.
Clearly, there is either something wrong with my board, or, the kernel isn't quite rite.
I can't even view the logs to see what's happening - strace also hangs.
Anyone else having better luck?

I can not find subforum for RK3328, so I leave message here.

I got one board ROC-RK3328-CC with eMMC module, and I am going to update firmware to Android 7.1.
First, I connect the male-to-male USB to PC and it shows "Found One MASKROM Device" on AndroidTool.
Then I chose the firmware source and press "Upgrade", but it always shows "Wait For Loader Fail" after timeout.
And I try to download image separately, but only Loader could be downloaded successfully.
I also try to use "EraseFlash", but unfortunately I got the same results.

There are the same situations no matter I use AndroidTool v2.38 or v2.41.
I got firmware image from my local build and official download, and both images have the same issue.
I have another board RK3399-Firefly in my hand, and it runs perfectly without these issues.
Please help me if anybody know how to sovle it, thanks.
