Unable to update image in maskrom mode

After update an image fail to a rk3399 device, device will no longer able enter the loader mode. After I enter the maskrom mode. Window can see the device but unable to flash the image into my device. Ubuntu unable to recognise the device.

Is AndroidTool showing you that it has detected a MaskRom Device?
