Cannot set resolution to HD let alone 4k

I cannot get Firefly to display at HD(1080p) resolution nevermind the marketed 4k. I tried OpenHour Chameleon which did 1080p in settings screen but the actual resolution was still 720p. Are there some settings get the board to render at 1080p ?

Any help will be appreciated as this has been a problem for more than 2 weeks and i cannot seem to find any posts related to it.

Are you using HDMI output? If yes, have you tried using another display other than the one you've been testing with?

What's the highest resolution you see under Settings -> Display -> HDMI Mode (resolution)?
