I've received one with mine but not attached it yet.

Three questions.

1. Is it silent

2. Does it operate all of the time or only when a certain temperature is reached?

3. Did you use the CPU heatsink also supplied?

Yes.

How did you fit the heatsink under the fan? There was no space... (I put the fan with the label facing up - or is it upside down?)
