How can I install custom recovery/root/gapps in Firefly

I have Firefly RK3288 Reload. Need to install custom recovery for root and gapps. Have wasted like 5-6Hours on internet trying different things. But not got anywhere.

Can Firefly be boot into recovery mode? "adb reboot recovery" just restarts it into normal mode. Neither does "adb reboot sideload" works.

Can someone help me here please?

It sounds like you're having a tough time getting your Firefly RK3288 Reload to boot into recovery mode. Have you tried using a different method to access recovery? Sometimes, specific key combinations during boot can help, like holding the power and volume buttons together. Additionally, if "adb reboot recovery" isn't working, you might want to check if your device has a locked bootloader, as that can prevent access to recovery. For further guidance, you might find useful resources at https://spinmacho.com.de. Good luck, and I hope you get it sorted out!
