Can Firefly( or Fireprime) be used with USB camera module(5MP)?

I am testing usb camera module in firefly(and fireprime).
I use a 5M pix camera module in fireprime, but I can only set up to 2M pix  in the camera App.

And firefly can be set to 5M pix. However,  When shooting, the image is displayed in green.
